Today and Tomorrow Only: 7 Classes for $150 - Build Your TV Pitch With Me
The January Pitch Class is Half Off, but only until tomorrow
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, however you celebrate.
I truly believe that pitching is the most difficult and most rewarding skill I’ve learned over the past decade.
Forcing myself to face my public speaking fears and present my ideas to rooms of people with money and influence has helped me become a better storyteller, gain confidence in myself and my ideas, and paid off with lots and lots of jobs.
At the beginning of 2024 I set a goal to pitch 5 new projects. The goal wasn’t to sell any of them, because that’s out of my control.
I can control the dedication and craft it takes to develop and pitch the stories I want to see in the world.
I ended up pitching 5 projects, and selling 3 of them (with another two pitches ready to go in January).
I also pitched ON a handful of assignments (projects originating at studios or with producers, who are looking for writers), and sold about a third of those.
This is partly a numbers game, but mostly the years and years of practice and failure it takes to learn how to do it your way.
That’s why I’m teaching this coming January. My way, but also the opportunity for you practice and discover how to pitch your own way. The way that helps y
ou confidently develop your ideas, show them to the world, and give yourself a chance to make them real.
My TV Pitch Development Class is 50% off for Black Friday only. That means this $300 class is only $150 with promo code BF2024.
7 weeks of class for $150.
That’s $21.43 per class.
Imagine paying that for a college course, because that’s what this is (come at me, college)
At the end you’ll have a fully developed TV pitch ready take out into the world.
If you’re ready to invest some time and energy into your own ideas, grab the deal now:
If you’re not interested in joining the live class in January, and want to get started NOW, this code will work on my other on-demand classes (more info about each class at the links below):

I’m scheming up some new things for this newsletter in 2025, so stay tuned for that. As mentioned before, I plan on doing a weekly check in to help you write a feature script, and I have some ideas for ways to make this a more interactive and helpful community for you to build out your writing practice.
And if you have any questions about this class or the others, drop a comment and I’ll try to answer between holiday festivities.
